Starting with delivery drivers Rodeo enables businesses to recruit, onboard and manage workers in a convenient, cost-effective and compliant way. For workers a Rodeo profile is a reusable passport to work, saving them time and helping them to access more opportunities.

As an experienced team who’ve worked at leading tech companies (Deliveroo, Meta, Cleo and others) we aim to balance start-up vision with maturity and plain-speaking. We’re looking for smart, innovative, ambitious people who have abundant energy to help us build a transformative business in a huge market.

How we work

We’re a team of 7 (4 engineers, 1 designer and the founders), mostly based in London. We intentionally avoid getting bogged down in structure, frameworks, levels, hierarchy etc. We tend to write things down, discuss them and if we think it will help us achieve our goals then we get on with it.

🧑‍💻 We are hybrid, ish

We find it best if people are in the office (Hammersmith, London) at least once or twice per week but we don’t let it get in the way of hiring the best people for the role.

Everyone has £500 per year to spend as they wish on their personal development.

💰 Salaries are competitive

We pay competitively and review salaries every 6 months, but we want you to join for the mission, not the money.

🎟️ Everyone is an owner

We expect everyone to behave as owners, so everyone is an owner.

🏝️ Take holidays

We don’t track holidays but everyone gets the same allowance of 35 days (including public holidays) to keep things fair.

We all get together as regularly as we can, to chat about work a bit but mainly to have fun.
