We are a small, experienced, engineering-heavy team of builders focused on solving the (many) problems faced by the drivers and businesses who enable you to tap a few buttons on your phone and get something delivered to your door in less than half an hour.
Uniquely, we started with the people who actually deliver: the drivers. Our app enables them to chat to one another in a forum, consolidate and track their earnings for the gig platforms and use their profile and reputation to book work directly with businesses.
Businesses use the Rodeo platform for direct access to the driver network, giving them control of their customers’ experience, ownership of their customers’ data and the independence to sell their product wherever, however they want.

# How we work
**🧑💻 We are HQ-first, ish**
We find it best if people can come to the office (Hammersmith, London) at least once per week but we don’t let it get in the way of hiring the best people for the role.
**💰 Salaries are competitive**
We pay competitively and review salaries every 6 months, but we want you to join for the mission, not the money.
**🎟️ Everyone is an owner**
We expect everyone to behave as owners, so everyone gets ownership.
**🧠 Develop your skills**
Everyone has £500 each year to spend as they wish on their personal development.
**🏝️ Take holidays**
We don’t track holidays but everyone gets the same allowance of 35 days (including public holidays) to keep things fair.
**🥳 Regular get-togethers**
We all get together as regularly as we can, to chat about work a bit but mainly to have fun.
